Striker Alex Asamoah is back to Asante Kotoko’s camp after a short stay at Egyptian club Ismailia.

The 2008/2009 goal king who has for the past few months been searching for a club in the North Africa region first went to Libya where he spent days training with Al Ittihad.  

He later went to Egypt from where he returned to Ghana last week.

Alex Asamoah was part of the team that played against Tema Youth on Wednesday. He has told Kotoko Express  that he has come back to Kotoko until further notice and talked of how well he is willing to help the club rediscover its form.

However, he added that he would need a lot of support from the teeming supporters of the club.
